Ver mensaje de joseBut I think she was talking about TCA and not chocolates.
What’s your average of corked wines? I think I’m lucky, about 100 wines and only 2 of them were tainted by TCA.

Well Forest.... mmm I mean, Jose
Ver mensaje de joseWell... I also tend to be lucky... most ";corked"; wines I’ve tasted were not tasted at home ;)))
Taking about corked bottles...
Ver mensaje de Paco HigónPaco, I opened one of the bottles that you gave me last month, Monje (maceración carónica), but the bottle was corked, I waited for a few minutes but, it doesn´t work.I found another reason to go to Spain soon. My rate of corked bottles are 1/150.

Ver mensaje de joseCorked: about 1 in 20-25
Heat Damage: about the same or worse, particularly when I locate at a wine store something with a little bottle age.

Ver mensaje de joseI only had one real, clear, 100%, distinctive corkage in AAAALLLLL the wines I’ve tasted ... but then again, I surely am not very discriminating :-))

Ver mensaje de WaltZalenskiThis restaurant was on the top of the Twin Towers (NYC), I don´t remember which tower. But : "; incidentally, out of 10,000 bottles of wine sold in a month, only about a dozen were rejected";.
1 in 25 is too much, 1 every two cases :-0

Ver mensaje de BenjaminBerjon1 every 25 bottles... buff... astonishing! 8/
