A rosé wine for drinking quietly at home (which is what I did, without decanting). Light salmon pink. It opens with an interesting aroma with notes of oak and touches of mineral. As it airs (as with the whites of the winery), the predominance of the wood disappears to reveal a more complex aroma, with notes of dried flowers, toast and honey, etc. In the mouth, it has a medium body, very tasty, well integrated acidity, original, with excellent persistence in the aftertaste. Contrary to my expectations, I like this more in the mouth than on the nose ( but it must be taken at the right temperature – 12-14º: if it is too cold, it loses weight and taste). A rosé with lots of personality for those who like a little bit more than fruit and freshness.
