Nice black cherry red, quite deep. The nose is very fruity (with hints of red fruit that are typical of the Bobal variety), quite persistent and still with notes of the ageing. The mouth is quite dense and glyceric, with good structure. The finish is quite long and it has good acidity. It is a Mediterranean-style wine, where the bigness is not on bad terms with its subtle elegance. I think a few more months in the bottle will do it good. I would recommend it be served at a maximum of 17-18º. Although this wine is not for retail, its approximate price to the general public (from the winery itself) will be around €21.
