Very complete tasting, good article, and typical Gerry. Hope to read more from him at verema. I will comment some of my findings as well in this forum.
I visited the Cava region in November last year. I agree with Gerry that Agustí Torello is unique. I would like to mention the cava Huguet (Can Feixes)as well.
