- Borsao Crianza 2004. Bodegas Borsao. DO Campo de Borja (1.95 EUR)
It has everything anybody can think and just where it has to be. Fruit, acidity, vivid and even a slightly spicy hint. Furthermore its QPR is quite obvious.
- Fino Tio Pepe. Gonzalez Byass. DO Jerez-Sherry-Xeres (5.5 EUR) Labelled as ENE-08
Maybe the best first sip I can remember in my short wine-life. Usual nose, clear and intenes, with salty, green olives and nuts; but the first sip is one of the more intense I remember. Great QPR for about 5.5 EUR
- Dolcetto D’Alba Le Terre 2005. Cantina Terre del Barolo - Soc. Coop. Agr. Castiglione Falleto. DO Dolcetto D’Alba. (2.95 EUR)
Young in all of its aspects. Hue, nose and sip. Everything make it looks as a young wine. Nice with easy recipes and tapas. Good QPR for less than 3 EUR.
