Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de joseI heard a rumour he was retiring ?
No mention of that so probably not true.
Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de RayQI don't have heard any gossip about this.... but who knows.
Cheers,
Jose
Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de joseActually I read an article about him in the paper today. Apparently he is retiring from some of the associated activities and opening the restaurant for (even) less time from next year. But not retiring.
Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de RayQQuite odd. The Bulli-Makin'-Money-factory closed most of months? Hmmm... at least it's odd, isn't it?
Do you have the URL of this article?
Cheers,
Jose

Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de RayQWell this seems to be a founded rumour... as it seems that Adrià needs more time to develop his creativity..... however I have hear first time about this rumour 3 or 4 years ago... and he is still cooking ;-)
Cheers!
Re: Ferran Adria Q&A
Ver mensaje de RayQThanks for the link Ray.
Yesterday night I saw on TV a programm about the new spanish cooking. Obviously there's El Bulli and he said right what's on this article, I mean, they don't open for ego or money... Well, I think that they've won the chance of opening only some months... (I would like to do the same! ;)
Cheers
Jose
