Today, I have found this wine to be an authentic fruit bomb, with a huge bouquet and one of those noses that are so characteristic of Mariano García, and which I adore. I could stay with the nose forever. The mouth is polishing the tannins and integrating the wood, although it has a touch of sweetness which, if you aren’t used to this type of wine, might be a setback as an accompaniment to a meal. I really liked it.
