The evolution of this wine over the last months has been surprising. Could it be the bottle?
Together with the chocolate and the toast, there is quite a lot of ripe fruit (too ripe?). The mouth is harsh, very astringent, and with a bit of luck, it will integrate to the full. It is long and full-bodied.
