The wine was drunk in a restaurant and I couldn’t take down any notes. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very intense aroma on the nose, lots of fruit (especially black fruits), not lacking in a certain finesse, no oak anywhere. The mouth was well-structured, very good raw material, fleshy, with a good retronasal. A wine with a future, currently dominated by the fruit but promises well and I enjoyed it a lot. One of the best Riberas of the 2000 vintage I have tried so far. The score is approximate due to the fact that I couldn’t taste it properly.
