Black cherry/ruby red, medium opacity and ruby edges. Intense nose with red fruit, fig bread, mint, liquorice and touches of the toast of the cask. On opening, it shows abundant notes of menthol and a little cocoa. Good attack in the mouth and excellent length. Good acidity. Sweet tannins with a finish that is still somewhat dry. Lacking bottle.
