Primary condition: Fruity, as pear, lavander, quince, lemon. anise overall with glass in movement.

PALATE

High acidity, medium (-) alcohol, dry, low tanins (not stems), no malolactic.

Medium body, crispy condition.

Medium (+) intensity. Flavours: Lemon, quince, melon, paraguayan.

There are primary flavours from citrus fruit, white fruit, lemonade, tropical fruit. A little flowers,...little by little.

Not yeasty, not oaked.

Simple, good, refreshing wine.

Texture: Little creamy, not viscose. Not petillant or carbonic notes because of youth.

Good Balanced, elegant, refreshing acidity, light alcohol not burning.

CONCLUSIONS

Good quality , good acidity from grape variety (Albariño from Vilanova de Arousa), refreshing, not burning alcohol, balanced, and medium -medium plus finish plenty of white fruit. 

High potential for ageing for these characteristics, you can drink now but...
