APPEARANCE

Clear, pale, lemon, high untuosity in the glass (oleum tears).

NOSE

Clean, medium intensity, floral (azahar, chamomile). Fruit (lemon, bitter orange). Some herbaceous.

Youthful.

PALATE

Dry, medium acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium- body. Medium tannins (oak), medium flavours intensity, some herbaceous, orange peel, salty (saline).

Medium finish.

CONCLUSIONS

It is a fortified wine for natural concentration for ageing (tireless of the veil of the flower or yeast) or refreshing with alcohol (manzanilla), without too much complexity, but slighty. 

A Good quality, balanced and delicated, medium body from the sea, some complex and savoury, but fancy. It is dry and has some potential for ageing. Palomino is neutral.
