Garnet with ageing at the rim, medium bodied with very long thin legs.
Initially a hint of cheese rind washed in aguardiente, dried flowers, fruit, blackberry, blueberry, plum. Notes of age, touch vegetal, fennel and pure chocolate.
In the mouth star-anise, blueberry fruit, fruit syrup, a big juicy acidity, with dark chocolate and coffee in the long finish.
