Pale yellow with light greenish highlights. The bubbles, which are small, evolve in the shape of a raceme and are quite persistent. The nose has typical fruity aromas of the Viura variety (green apple) and, to a lesser extent, Chardonnay (pineapple). Also has outstanding notes of ageing (confectionery, bread crumb). The mouth is relatively dry with an abundance of carbonic maceration which generates creaminess in all the mouth. The mouth is lively, quite fresh (notes of citrus) and medium intensity. Good acidity. The retronasal is persistent, with a bitter finish, herbaceous and with certain hints of balsam that I particularly like. I think it is a good cava wine, quite subtle and suggestive.
