Laurel 2016

Deep black cherry with a garnet edge, brilliant and with very long, slow legs.

A challenging wine which currently needs aeration. Sweet cherry, a touch of liquor, fresh, herbs, (sage and lavender,) balsamic, chocolate.

Very deep in the mouth, meaty, juicy, notes of crianza, offering little, but everything is there in the right place, (structure,acidity, tannicity,) powerful.

A wine which need decanting but really a wine to keep!
