Equilibrio 9 monastrell 2019

Seemingly the second time I have tasted this wine with 14 months between and what evolution this presents!

Red cherry, medium bodied, with slow fat legs.

Lots of mature black fruit on the nose, and I mean lots! Slightly brambly, with mature plum, a hint of volatility but intense, concentrated and lightly spiced.

On entry very pleasant, full bodied, mature black fruit, a noticeble fresh acidity, tobacco, with good volume, power, weight, and a perfect balance/structure. Overall a very approachable, rich, fine, wine with a satisfying long finish.
