Laquarta

Pale yellow, gold flashes, clean and bright.

Fresh on the nose with white flowers, a little herby, then white stone fruits, mature fruit , evidence of work with the lees and an interesting background note of chalk.

Big acidity with a punchy lime base has you salivating on entry but this is balanced a little by the weight which comes from the lees but it lacks sufficient fruit. Long dry finish.
