Circe

Pale yellow, clean and bright.

Floral, aromatic, with a big touch of lemon sherbert, some depth to the nose with tropical fruit emerging, and evidence of the work on the lees.

Very fresh on entry, good acidity and a big whack of the tropical fruit flavours, (pineapple and banana). For me a touch confused as to whether it was a Verdejo masquerading as a Sauvignon Blanc (or vice-versa.)
