Beyra Blanco

Very pale yellow with a steely edge, clean and bright.

On the nose citrus notes, white flowers and white fruits, herbs, (wild fennel) but perhaps lacking a little intensity.

In the mouth a very fresh, good acidity on entry, fruit (peach) and a good structure, a long finish with a slightly bitter and saline note, satisfying.

Could have been a Mediterranean wine from the Italian coast, the Languedoc or even from Valencia and a surprise that it had those characteristics from the Atlantic
