Rather too compact and unyielding on first opening, this fans out beautifully after several hours of air. Aromas of honeysuckle, pear, lemon zest, wet leaves, quince and clay. Creamy and graceful in the mouth, with mouthwatering acidity at its core and a long finish full of minerality and sweet fruit. Very nice value at $11.
