Initially, this seems like a simple, easygoing, off-dry drop. But with air there emerge lovely citrus (tangerine, lime, grapefruit), white flowers, peach, wild strawberry, pine and sand on the nose. Chewy and lythe in the mouth, with brilliant acidity and a slightly brothy savory element at midpalate. Very good length. Firms up to a band of citrus and chalk on a very refreshing aftertaste.
