De Alberto Edición Especial

Straw yellow colour, steely edge with green flashes, clean and bright.

Slow to open but when it does it has floral and tropical notes (particularly pineapple) white stone fruit, becoming more expressive with citrus acidity, orange and grapefruit, with a bitter pithy note. Then herby with fennel and balsamic notes and mountain scrub.

Fresh and attractive on entry, unctuous tropical fruit notes and nicely balanced but this fades away into a long dry finish. Needs time but has a great future.
