Pale gold colour, clean and bright, long glycerinous legs.
Slightly strange yoghurt and milky notes but complex with underlying sweet notes, wilted flowers, infusion of herbs, a mixture of citrus notes.
In the mouth a big acidity which is well-integrated, manzanilla, mineral notes, herbs, good weight with both ripe fruit and spice (vanilla) and a long, rich finish.
