Medium-bodied, ruby colour, with a purple edge, long, slow, fat legs.
Attractive fruity nose with mature black fruit, damsons and plums. Lots of sweet spice notes, vanilla and cinnamon predominantly.
In the mouth forest fruits, tannins are strong and there is more than a hint of stalk. A long finish, in which the stalky, green, and bitter note persists.
