Introduction:
Decanted by 2 hours.
It’s the first red Priorat I taste.

As I open scent of chocolate, plums, black olives... and something else I know, but I can remember what :-?
And then, suddenly, shut up.

Garnet. Glyceric.
In mouth it’s compact and tough. Stony. It impress you as the first time you read (or see ;) ’Hamlet’. Nevertheless by no means it’s a hard wine.
Great with a magret with cherries sauce. And very nice with bitter chocolate as dessert too.
Next day it’s different. I find rippen red fruits and again that "I-don’t-know-what’. It’s a scent that comes from my childhood.
Steely and this way compact, serious and sober. This time paired nicely with pork trotter with sauerkraut.
As you see it’s not an orthodox TN. It’s normal, isn’t it? Maybe you’re thinking whether I like it or not. I love it! but my opinion is not a good one, because I can’t be objective (and I like not being objective). How can I be objective with the wine (spell it: child ;) made by friends?
Sometimes, dreams can be reached.
