Light yellow, with a nose of sweet pineapple and grapefruit, and a hint of petrol. What a shock to my palate! This was very sweet, or to be diplomatic, very off dry. A creamy mid palate and a long sweet two-dimensional finish. This should have been flighted with the dessert wines. I thought Kabinett wines were supposed to have one of the lowest sugar levels of German wines?
