On the nose there are varnish and shellac, hazlenuts and figs, spices, a little baked apple with cinnamon.
In the mouth you note the structure, dry, alternating with sweet notes, pungent, spicy, salty with a long finish. A good example of why wines from Jerez are the best in Spain.
