Straw yellow with golden highlights. Lots of small bubbles that go up in straight lines to form a crown. Intense nose with notes of fruit together with the Mediterranean herbs (camomile). The mouth is fresh, with a good integration of the carbonic maceration, fruity, and notes of baked apple and a touch of citrus. Long and intense.
