Clear, lemon, medium intensity and quickly tears, medium unctuosity. large Tear in front-label.
Pronounced, clean, butter, kiwi, lemon, creamy, milky, pear, vanilla, some toasty notes in movement.
Medium acidity, of.f-dry, medium+ alcohol, medium+ body. Slighty in tannins
It is voluptuous, creamy, buttery, yeasty, some toasty notes.
PEar, lemon, kiwi, vanilla, chamomile, cream.
Medium+ finish, agreable, creamy, milky wine.
CONCLUSIONS
Good Quality, medium price. Potencial for ageing (but U can drink now). Good oaked wine, good acidity and body, without high tannins, and some complex flavours, and very good intensity in aromas and mouth, quite mouthcoating.
PAIRING
Creamy rice with monkfish dices, mint, tomato and white wine from AVA.
