TASTING

The wine is deep purple, clear, no deposits, with legs.

The wine has medium intensity, clean in primary aromas, red cherry, redberry. Secondary aromas of yogur, "framboise", cream. Hints of flowers (petals of roses, violets) and herbaceous and trees (pine). The wine is young adn shows some acetaldehyde notes ( acrilic).

On th palate, the wine has medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, low tannins and no sugar (dry).

Medium palate and medium intensity, it has a botter hints of citric red berries (strawberries, redberries), flowers (roses), and some of tangerine, and grapefruit.

The wines is medium finish with hints of mint.

I think that has a very good quality, no filtration and almost natural, with some potential for ageing. The red berries are clear, priamry notes and some of fermentation (milky and creamy notes). The tannins are a  little bit green, but savoury. It is not too much balanced yet, and not so long, but presents good concentration to develop tertiaries in advanced. The intensity of flavours is good, in red fruit and countryside herbs. It has left hints of carbonic maceration and clay vats, but I dont know. It has some complexity, but in development.
