TASTING
Pale lemon, clean, bright, with legs on the glass.
Some aromas from yeasts (cream, butter). According to the PDF Sheet: Lees contact and MLF in oak barrels. Some hints of smoke.
The first contact: Medium fruity flavours (lemon, melon, pear, banana), medium+ alcohol , some baked on the palate. medium volume and body.
Creamy and savoury in my mouth, medium acidity, and medium finish. Not too much complexity, but with medium balance in a low cost wine easy-to-drink, and reknown wine around the world. The wood and its tannins are not completely showed.
A real Australian Chardonnay?.
