Pronounced intensity in primary, malolactic and tertiary aromas. Citrus (orange, lemon, lime), tropical fruit (melon, grapefruit, pinneapple), smoke, slighty toasted and nutty-salty aromas, mineral. Very intense, perfumed and clean.

High acidity, medium body, medium + alcohol, dry. Stony and smoky pronounced flavours, and white pepper. Citrus (lime, lemon).

Long finish and mineral.

Very good quality. You can drink now and has some potential for ageing.

Chardonnay from oceanic island, high in acidity, and showing wood aromas from MLF in barrel and ageing in it. Not totally balanced in a 2014 vintage, because high acidity, and crispy. Many kind of aromas and flavours so is perfect in complexity, and the oak tannins are integrated, fine texture grain. The body is mouthcoating. It is a burgundy white wine style.
