Beautiful colour between onion skin and salmon pink. Intense nose, unbeatable balance and elegance. Nothing stands out in particular, but there are small notes of red fruit, fennel, freshly-cut grass, hay, apple and bread dough. Nothing is noticeable on its own, but rather as part of the whole. A balanced mouth that is subtle and, indeed, elegant. The attack is lively and opens up into fullness in the mouth. Harmonious and fragile, not strident. A good rosé.
