Escofet Rosell Pinot Noir

Pale onion skin colour, not much mousse on pouring but persistent fine bubbles.

On the nose expressive and fresh with red fruits and fruits of the forest, herby, floral (rose) and bready notes.

The herbiness is apparent on entry, a touch of green fruit with a tart note,(English green gooseberry and cape gooseberry). Refreshing with a good acidity, good bubbles, creamy and unctuous persistent finish.
