Ceprus

Medium to full-bodied, black cherry with long, slow, thin legs. 

Mature black plum fruit on the nose, balsamic notes with spice, (clove and vanilla), cherries in alcohol and syrup, mountain scrub and blue flowers (violet).

On entry, excellent, round tannins balanced with a fresh acidity, elegant, it has a real balance and poise, notes from the oak, and a good length with fruit and spices.
