Pale gold colour, clean and crystalline with a steely edge.
Mature fruit on the nose, yellow plum and nispero, evidence ofthe work with the lees, pastries and bread dough, mountain-scrub, thyme and fennel.
On entry, clean, unctuous, a little oily, very full and once again, you note the lees as the mature apricot fruit re-emerges, before a long finish.
