The top cuvee from this Domaine, decanted about one hour in advance. Cherry red with a very light pink rim. I found thyme and aniseed on the nose. Rich red plums, noticeable acidity with good length. This wine is a pleasure to drink now as there is no need to wait. I have followed its evolution with bottles from my cellar. It was noticeably more intense two years and now it is about to start its decline. If you own any, I would suggest drinking them in the next 12 months.
