Aiurri

Black cherry, full-bodied, with abundant 'cathedral window' legs. 

A wine which is closed on the nose and needs some aeration to release the red fruit initially and then the black fruit later. Hints of spices, balsamic notes and blue flowers. 

Equally closed in the mouth, you note the ageing in oak most of all, toasty notes and spice; a wine with no faults but needing more time in the bottle to develop.
