Our two previous and honoured guests from the great city of Philadelphia both brought along Cult Californian Cabernets to our offlines and Alex felt the need to continue the tradition. Opaque red, the nose reminded me of soft vanilla and plums. The palate was velvety in texture, with the red plum fruit being carried cleanly across the mouth by balanced acidity. Enjoyable but still very young.
