It was happy hour for the Brits with all of the US wines on show and this was no exception. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and weighing in with 14.5% alcohol. Opaque purple, the intense nose was black plum and vanilla oak. Supremely smooth, rich plum fruit, very good acidity and a long length. I really enjoyed this wine but it is very young.
