The wine is yellow coloured, clear, pale intensity, fine bubbles.

Herbaceous, toasty, bread and bakery, carbon.

Mouthfeeling....

Medium+ acidity, Brut-off dry, medium alcohol, low tannins, crispy bubbles in high quantity.

Medium intensity: Almonds, yellow plum, green apple, caramel, lemon sugar.hints of cream.

The very best is the acidity, greeny, grassy, wet condition (rainy), not Brett, high quality, price and some potential for ageing.

It is a classic blend good in balanced (PN-PM) with stems.

Thona-spicy Roll sushi, soja and ginger.
